About me

I'm unable to take on new clients as I will be taking leave for post-op recovery from Monday 31 July 2023 and return to practice on Monday 9 October 2023. If you will like to be added to the waiting list for October, please feel free to contact me either by email or text.

I'm a BACP Accredited Therapist. I have 16 years working experience in the mental health sector and in private practice.
I help people to work through emotional distress, change unwanted behaviours and thoughts. I support clients to learn how to tolerate uncertainty, understand and accept their relationship with self and others and work towards achieving fulfilling interpersonal relationships.
