About me

I am a fully qualified, accredited and experienced counsellor/psychotherapist offering professional, non judgmental and confidential counselling/psychotherapy in a safe and quiet environment where you can explore the issues which concern you.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked for many years as a counsellor in GP practice so have a wide range of experience with people from all walks and stages of life and covering a wide range of issues. I am very familiar in working short term (6-8 sessions) as well as long term.

I work with adults of all ages;
I am qualified to work with issues related to adoption (individuals and families), via my Ofsted registration through Link Barnardo's;
I have worked in two specialist bereavement agencies;
I have also completed the specialist Counselling for Depression Accreditation which enables me to work in a more focused way with depression.
