About me
I have twenty years experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, including both short and longer-term therapy, with clients presenting a wide range of concerns or difficulties. I have worked for the NHS and in student counselling, as well as in private practice. I have also worked for specialist services for women affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, and childhood sexual abuse.
I aim to offer a safe space in which you can express and explore your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling and psychotherapy can help you understand yourself, how you might repeat patterns of behaviour or relationship which are limiting or destructive, and how you might make different choices for yourself in the future.
