About me

I am a Chartered and Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience who offers evidence-based assessment and psychological therapy to adults.

I am trained in a range of models, including CBT and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), which enables me to adapt my interventions to meet people’s individual needs. I would describe myself as an integrative practitioner, and I also have a specialist background in health psychology (e.g. cancer, chronic illness, and disability).

I work widely with psychological symptoms such as anxiety, stress (such as work-related stress and academic pressures), specific phobias, depression, psychological difficulties stemming from illness and accidents, traumatic events, workplace accidents, OCD, low self-esteem, and relationship problems.

I provide short, medium and long-term work to individuals.
