About me
Paul is a Consultant Surgeon at both the Imperial College NHS Trust and The Whiteley Clinic. He qualified from Charing Cross medical school (part of Imperial) in 1997 and trained in general, vascular and transplantation. During his training he took a particular interest in the evolution of venous surgery and varicose vein treatments.
He performs his varicose vein work using the Whiteley Protocol mainly at the Whiteley clinic in central London just off Bond Street.
During his training he also undertook a PhD in transplantation biology and has published widely.
His Practice at Imperial mainly revolves around renal and pancreatic transplantation for NHS and International Patients, general surgery including complex hernia repair.
On the Vascular side Paul has used his vascular training to provide a service for vascular access for dialysis and haematology patients, including arteriovenous fistulae and lines. He is the lead for vascular access for the huge west London dialysis population
