About us

Dr Natalie Bodart is the director and clinical psychologist at The Bodart Practice Ltd. We operate in North and South London offering adult clients a range of evidence based therapies. We see clients presenting with a wide range of mental health difficulties as well as clients struggling with relationship and/or lifestyle difficulties.

The range of therapies include:

- Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (accredited with BABCP)
- Compassion Focused Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- EMDR
- Short term psychodynamic/ exploratory interventions

We work in an ethical, client centred and collaborative manner. We believe that mental health is more than a job for the mind and as such we have a strong holistic focus. This means that we offer workshops and can create mini teams for our clients that include nutritional and movement based (yoga) therapies.
