About me

I am an exprienced therapist (BABCP Accredited), supervisor and trainer, previously engaged in training therapists to deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within the health service (IAPT). I work with adults who are experiencing a range of common mental health problems (see below) using CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is a more recently developed variant of CBT (further details can be found on my website). Therapy sessions are offered on-line only.
