About me
Mr Agrawal is a Consultant Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon at Addenbrooke’s hospital, Cambridge and lead for Audit in breast surgery. Besides routine cancer extirpative surgery, he is adept in latest oncoplastic procedures such as therapeutic mammaplasty, partial breast reconstruction with lateral chest wall perforator flaps (such as LTAP, LiCAP) besides full breast reconstruction with implant, LD muscle flap and newer fat-only chest wall flap (TDAP).
He underwent specialist surgical training in the UK in internationally acclaimed Breast services of Nottingham and Derby complemented by fellowships in Paris and Brussels.

Formally trained in new techniques of Oncoplastic lumpectomy combined with Breast Reduction (Mammaplasty), skin tightening (Mastopexy) and delayed correction with fat suction or grafting to maximise aesthetic outcome
One of the few Breast Surgeons who regularly performs partial breast reconstruction with fat-flap only (chest wall perforator flap) following large lumpectomy thus maintaining breast shape and avoiding mastectomy in many cases
A modern Breast Surgeon formally trained in Reconstruction of whole breast (with implant, LD-back muscle flap) following mastectomy either immediately or later; One of the very few Breast Surgeons who can perform whole breast reconstruction with fat flap (TDAP flap) only thus avoiding implant or muscle in suitable cases
