About me

I offer face to face consultations; also remote therapy sessions if required. Both of these approaches are done in the same professional manner. Please telephone if you would like more clarification, or reassurance. All sessions are confidential, and as an accredited therapist, I abide by the BACP guidelines.

I am a warm approachable person, and I understand that life can be difficult sometimes - whether this is through relationship breakdowns, illness or periods of transition. I can offer my counselling skills to help you process your thoughts, move forward or just 'be' with things as they are. Acceptance can be a difficult process but I can help you find ways of doing this.
I am a very experienced Counsellor/Mindfulness Teacher with a long history of working in the NHS, and privately. I have worked in Primary Care /Secondary Care in the NHS. I am also a trained Integrative Mindfulness Teacher and have a Cert. in Couple Counselling and Group Work.

I know from experience getting the right 'therapeutic' help can be a big step, so please give me a call if you wish to speak further about the work I do.
I work Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. And some evenings by Zoom.
