About me

I am an independent Anaesthetic and Intensive care Consultant in UK, with added interest in the field of regional anaesthesia. Anaesthetic care for comprehensive spectrum of surgical cases has always been very rewarding and emotionally satisfying for me.

I am committed to continued personal and professional development. I am on the interview panel for the deanery for selection of candidates for anaesthetics. I use appropriate audio visual techniques to address my target audience. I take lectures, teach practical skills and promote problem based learning.

Clinically, I give attention to minute detail from the very beginning as I strongly believe in getting it right the first time. I keep myself updated on a regular basis by reading the latest journals in the field and attending courses. I research new ways of doing things to improve the care of my patients and get the best possible result for them. I am a very caring and compassionate person and strive to work together with the team to improve health and well being of our diverse communities. I am a good listener and can take account of different perspectives and empathise with others. I respect the contributions and expertise of my team.

I am skilled in my work, am enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated, committed, empathetic and hardworking, one who works with a flexible attitude.
