About me

Rainbow Counselling is a private Counselling & Life Coaching business. Prior to setting up her own business early in 2005 Sheila worked as a senior personnel professional with experience of major change in a large complex national organisation. Sheila is business aware with strong, proven people skills and an ability to foster therapeutic relationships with people at all levels.Sheila is an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such works within the BACP ethical framework. She is also a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor, an Accredited Member of the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET) and registered on The General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies. Sheila also holds a CRB Police Check for her work with vulnerable adults.
