About me

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's College, London. I practice Psychotherapy, CBT and short-term, solution focused therapy.

I have been working in private practice in counselling, cbt and psychotherapy in Brighton and Hove since 2005, and I have worked in the voluntary sector since 2001, primarily for MIND and SASS.

People come to me for addiction therapy, bereavement and loss, depression therapy, stress and anxiety counselling, relationship therapy, improving self–esteem, alcohol and drug counselling and confidence building.
