About me

Welcome to my profile. I have provided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other psychological therapies over 15 years. Qualified Post-Graduate Psychologist status with the British Psychology Society (BPS).

I am also qualified to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), which is particularly known for processing/treating trauma. Additionally, I am qualified to work with Long term conditions.

Some of the common concerns (not an exhaustive list) include depression, anxiety, stress, work related stress, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, difficulty sleeping, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (excessive worry), low self esteem, phobias, Eating disorder/ concerns, health anxiety, panic and agoraphobia, amongst other mental health presentations. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy uses NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) recommended interventions.
