About me

Hi
My name is Joshi George and I am a Consultant Neurosurgeon with complex spine expertise.

This means that though I am a fully qualified neurosurgeon, trained to perform operations like removing clots and tumours from the brain, my day to day job is almost exclusively, dealing with very complex spine problems.I have trained for more than 20 years, on three continents, to do these complex operations to a world class standard.
Current roles include being the Spine Lead for the Society of British Neurosurgeons and the Clinical Director of Neurosurgery at Salford Royal.
