About me

I specialise in treating both adults and children with a special interest in anxiety, attachment and trauma. I have over twenty years’ experience as a practitioner within both the NHS and private sector. I have worked as an expert witness in the family courts, led and managed healthcare services and supervised other practitioners. I offer individualised treatments within a client led, supportive environment and use a range of therapeutic approaches. These include attachment based therapies such as DDP, cognitive behavioural therapy treatments and play based approaches with children.
