About me
We can sometimes find ourselves in place where it is difficult to deal with our current life experiences such as work related stress, anxiety, depression, lack of self worth, bullying , anger, loss , trauma or relationship issues.
I am an accredited registered member of the BACP , having the training and experience to help you explore these issues in a safe, supportive environment. I have worked successfully with individuals and couples.
At present working with individuals from sixteen years of age.
As I am qualified to work in a number of therapeutic approaches I can more effectively tailor our sessions to meet the needs of the individual in a confidential, non-judgemental setting.
As a counsellor I hope to facilitate your awareness of where your are now and how you arrived there, to develop your resilience and ability to bring about change and personal growth.
