About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist and senior lecturer on mental health and wellbeing. I qualified as a mindfulness teacher at the University of Bangor (North Wales, UK) and as CBT therapist at Oxford University. I am currently acting as the Clinical Director of The Mindfulness Project (UK).

I am also a Mindful Eating trainer (received my formal training in Boston USA) and a member of the board of the Centre for Mindful Eating in the USA.

My Clinical Psychologist degree from the University of Urbino (IT) and CBT qualification from Oxford University. I currently live in the UK, and over the years I have developed a strong research interest around wellbeing and mindfulness in various health care settings.
