About me
I am experienced counsellor and psychotherapist and I will provide you with the space and time to explore the emotional issues that you feel are creating distress in your life. I will work alongside you in listening to your thoughts and feelings and enable you to gain new insight into your way of being. Often this will bring about increased self awareness which will enable you to explore new choices and options.
I can help you cope with grief, stress and anxiety. I can work with you to explore your relationship issues. I will enable you to address issues of anger and increase your confidence and self esteem.
In a safe and confidential environment I offer a non judgemental approach working with cultural difference and sexual minorities.
