About me

I am a registered senior accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an EMDR Europe accredited practitioner. Although I integrate a range of approaches as a therapist including CBT, EMDR, and solution focused therapy my practise is has its foundation in the person-centred approach. Since 2006 I have specialised in working with trauma and post traumatic stress disorder.

I work with adults, children & adolescents.
