About me

I work with a wide variety of people aged from teenagers upwards. I have two areas of expertise namely Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuropsychology. Additionally I have a strong background in a number of different psychological models which makes me well-placed to offer tailor-made interventions for a wide range of presentations.

Therapeutically speaking I work with more common conditions such as Anxiety, Depression and Stress, through to Phobias, Pain Management and supporting long-term conditions. I enjoy working with patients to help them get the most out of their life.

From a neuropsychological point of view, I work with patients following head injuries and, together with a multi-disciplinary team and often a Case Manager, put together a therapeutic way forward that allows the patient to regain as much of their life post-injury as possible.
