About me
I have over twenty five years experience as a Speech and Language therapist. I have worked in Asian and North American healthcare systems as well as the NHS and various private healthcare settings. I specialise in dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) in adults and dysphonia (voice problems) in adults and children. I also work with stroke patients presenting with dysphasia (disorders of language) and dysarthria (speech difficulty) as well as seeing patients diagnosed with progressive neurological conditions e.g. Parkinson's disease, Motor Neurone Disease. I have worked as an under graduate University Lecturer and set up a swallowing service in the main hospitals in Cambodia.
Areas of interest

Fibreoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) can be arranged and carried jointly with an ENT consultant and Speech and Language therapist;
Dysarthria (motor speech difficulties) often associated with diagnosis of stroke, progressive neurological diseases and any other medical conditions which can affect motor speech muscles;
Dysphasia (language deficits) post stroke,TBI (traumatic brain injury), brain tumour and other neurological conditions;
