About me

Dr Matthew Stride is a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Isokinetic London, a cutting-edge sports sports rehabilitation centre in London.

At Isokinetic, Dr Stride not only works with professional athletes but also treats people at all levels of sport, whatever their injury. Dr Stride draws on deep experience to provide his patients with a diagnosis and an appropriate physiotherapy and rehabilition plan.

Isokinetic is specialised in dealing with knee injuries such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) but is equally effective at attending to patients who present with a wide range of acute and chronic injuries that have often been sustained through sports including football, running, rugby, skiing and many other sports. Dr Stride also attends to patients who have injured themselves in the course of normal everyday activities.

Dr Stride is also the Club Doctor for Brentford Football Club and an Event Doctor for Sport Relief.
