With over twenty years of experience as a qualified Counsellor I offer a human and professional service to individuals and couples to resolve difficulties and to help people find ways to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

The power of counselling comes from creating a safe and confidential space to explore painful memories, thoughts and feelings with a deeper understanding of the person emerging alongside the capacity to find more healthy and authentic ways of taking care of themselves.

My theoretical underpinning comes from an integration of humanistic counselling theories and CBT.
