About me
Mr Waldron is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon with many years of Consultant level experience. He trained at Oxford University and completed his higher surgery training, in ENT, in the Northern Deanery before being appointed as an ENT Consultant in City Hospitals Sunderland in 2004. He provides general adult and children’s Ear, Nose and Throat services. He is the Clinical Lead for paediatric ENT, which he has a subspeciality interest. He also has subspeciality interests in rhinology including rhinoplasty and snoring and sleep disordered breathing disorders.
He works in close collaboration with other specialities as part of his interest in snoring and sleep related breathing disorders. This collaboration allows the option of a range of surgical and non-surgical treatments for snoring and sleep related breathing problems. He will see patients for assessment and relevant treatment at the Spire Hospital.
He has an interest in patient safety and clinical governance being the ENT Clinical Lead within his NHS practice.
