About me

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) and an EMDR Europe accredited Practitioner. I have accrued over twenty years of clinical experience working within the field of mental health. During a fifteen-year career within the NHS, as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and later as a CBT Therapist, I was fortunate to have worked in a variety of mental health settings. These included a number of community mental health teams across Surrey, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, and an eating disorders service.
