About me

People often find the same problems happening again and again - even those who have been in therapy before. These patterns are rarely random and I believe that if we explore their causes, we will find the way to positive and long-lasting change.

Working with individuals and couples, I use a wide range of therapies rather than work from a fixed approach. I believe that this freedom allows my clients and I the greatest opportunities for positive change.
