About me

I am a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine with an experience of more than ten years. As a Clinical lead for pain management in the NHS hospital, I have been instrumental in developing the interventional and multidisciplinary pain service. I have experience in treating a wide range of pain conditions and my main areas of interest are low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, musculoskeletal pain and complex regional pain syndrome.

I am proficient in interventional techniques including spinal injections like epidurals, facet joint injections, diagnostic nerve blocks, radiofrequency denervation. I completed my postgraduate anaesthesia and pain management training in Nottingham University Hospitals.

During my training, I gained FRCA & FFPMRCA from the Royal College of Anaesthetists, London. In addition, I underwent advanced training in Pain management before being appointed as a consultant. My special interests are interventional pain management, orthopaedic/trauma and regional anaesthesia.
