About me

I am a Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience in clinical practice, working with adults of working age in a variety of clinical settings. The main psychotherapeutic approaches I apply are within the range of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy (Cognitive, Cognitive Behavioural and Behavioural Therapies). I have a keen interest in the application of Mindfulness based interventions, and I have completed specialist training on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, as part of my doctoral studies in Counselling Psychology. My interest is on what make people flourish, and as such I have recently completed further training in coaching with the University of Cambridge and I am pursuing research interest in the area.
