About me

I have been a qualified Counsellor for over 26 years in Private Practice. I am a Senior BACP Accredited Counsellor.and have held posts within the NHS and different organisations including Occupational Health & various EAP & University settings.

I have a successful Private Practice and I am an experienced 'Online Practitioner' and at present I am offering video online or Telephone appointments only.

It can take courage to reach out for support in the midst of pain and suffering. You will be met with compassion and understanding as we work together towards healing and wellness.

I believe in a collaborative therapeutic approach and I work from an 'Integrative Model'. I aim to provide a safe Confidential space for you to work on any issues or concerns that you may have, past present or future.

My hope is that I can walk with you on this journey and help to provide valuable tools and insight - so that you can make changes in your own life or gain inner peace, or acceptance.

'Integrative' Model of Counselling includes different therapeutic models and theories which include : Creative, Person-Centred, CBT, Brief Solution Focused and Existential, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Psychodynamic to name but a few.
