About me
I have worked as a psychotherapist for over 30 years both within the NHS and as an independent practitioner.
I specialise in adult and adolescent mental health and hold a masters degree in mental health studies form Kings College London.
I use an integrative model of psychotherapy which includes but is not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy and an approach which is suitable for short and longer term therapy.
