About me

I offer brief, time limited and open ended psychoanalytic and psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
I am registered with the UKCP (Council for Psychotherapy-CPJA section), and the British Association for Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervision.
I have a 5 year professional qualification in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. An MA in Psychoanalytic Studies. An MPhil in Cultural Studies and an MA in Modern Languages.

I have extensive experience as a psycho therapist. Over 36 000 hours working in different settings: in Primary Care, at the Arbours Therapeutic Community and at the Arbours Crisis Centre from 1999 to 2006. At a Day Centre for Women, from 2002 to 2012, on a project for individuals experiencing acute mental health problems . At Mothertongue Multi-ethnic counselling service in Reading, from 2007 to 2018 and in my private practice since 2002.
