About me
I provide face to face in a purpose built therapy studio. . I also offer Skype and telephone therapy. I provide psychotherapy with clients from aged 8 years to 80years.
My experience over more than 30years has been with children, adults and families. I offer my therapy within a foundation of Person Centredness in addition to providing CBT, Post Trauma, Bereavement, Stress, anxiety and OCD. I specialise in Enduring Depression and those experiencing Mental Health distress.
