About me
I am a Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions. I use a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise, including Pilates, using as much as possible evidence base medicine to treat my patients. I strongly believe in patient education and involvement to achieve the optimum results. I am also currently a senior lecturer in musculoskeletal medicine and lecture physiotherapists and general practitioners in the UK and abroad.
