About me
Mr Glyn Evans is a former Lecturer at the University of Southampton and NHS Consultant in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. He has been in full-time private practice at the London Knee Clinic since 2004. He is very experienced in assessment of knee symptoms – pain, swelling, stiffness, locking and instability in adults of all ages, from young athletes with sports-related injuries to elderly patients with established arthritis of the knee. Using full diagnostic facilities including same day MRI scanning, ultrasound scans, gait analysis and blood tests, Mr Evans offers expert investigation, working closely with a team of on-site physiotherapists to provide a holistic approach to treatment, taking into account the circumstances of each patient.
As well as injections, physiotherapy and orthotics, he performs in the region of 300 operations annually, including arthroscopic ligament repair, meniscal surgery, articular cartilage repair, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, partial and total knee replacement and correction of deformities.
